When I had mine aligned after installing a 1.5 inch spacer (stock, no lift), the tow was adjusted and the camber. When the install was completed, the wheels did look to be tilted in at the top (camber). The print out of the alignment confirmed this. Good luck.

 

Sorry to say I just spent $300 at my local custom truck shop for a shim and bolt kit installed so the caster camber could be adjusted. When I installed the 2" spacer on top of the strut it throught it out real bad. They told me it was rare to happen. They also said that my spacer which was an aluminium spacer could be the cause. They told me they only installed the rubber ones and it doesent cause the camber problem.
