I read a while back that BBK makes a throttle body for the 5.4 and 4.6, but after doing a quick Google search, I only found one for the 4.6.

I found it for the 4.6 here .

If you feel real adventurous, go to a junk yard and take a throttle body off a junked/wrecked F150 and port and polish it... just an idea.

Here is BBKs 70 and 75mm for the 5.4 2V F-150. I am sure that have or make one for the newer 3V 5.4s, or will soon.

.....the 5.4 2v is about half way down the page. Give them a call and see if they have the newer one yet.

Also you may want to check with Wilson Manifolds www.wilsonmanifolds.com as they do really nice work and deal with Ford TBs. They may already have one, or can make you one, or even modify yours. They make our custom throttle bodies for my SC kits and are great to work with, PLUS they are very reasonable with pricing.

I can't say for positive on the 2004-up as I haven't measured them. But the older version was 67mm, I assume the newer ones are the same or close, just have the "fly by wire" throttle setup.

90mm would be huge!

I though about porting my own, but I dont wanna screw it up.

After think about it.. really isnt worth the effort to p/p the stocker. Isn't the intake plenum of the 3v plastic.. doesnt really help MUCH to p/p the stock throttle body when its still gotta slow down at the 90 degree instake into the rough plastic intake....

Why do you want a larger throttle body? I doubt the benefits (if any) would be worth the cost...also, with the drive by wire setup, the throttle motor is built into the throttle body assembly.
