Question Window Tint Question...

I have a regular cab truck. The back class came tinted. How much can I look forward to paying to have the rest of the truck tinted to match the back? Anyone know a good place in the College Station area?

$60-$80 sounds about right. Trucks are very easy to tint (no extreme angles to match up to).

You should be able to get the eyebrow strip and front driver's and passenger's windows done for less than $80.

I don't know of any places near college station but I do know of a place near Humble, Tx if you are ever down this way.

Later,
Ox

Be careful matching your tint. Living in Texas we can tint the back glass darker than the front. If you get pulled over they can wrie you a ticket and it makes it a bit more difficult to get it inspected. I know it sucks! Google the tint laws for Texas before you make a decision. As two time Aggie myself I can tell you in College Station you will be fine, but in Houston they will love to write you a ticket

On my 2006 XLT SC, I got my front two windows done at 40% for $40.. I am in Maryland. Almost a perfect match to the factory tint on back, and rear windows.

From the sound of things, the percentage is the amount of light that passes through the glass? Thanks to everyone for their input.

My dad just got his two fronts done at 35% for $50...thats with a lifetime warrenty.

I had all 5 of mine done (4 doors and back window) at 20% for $90 at the same place, but I send them A LOT of refferals so they usually hook me up.
