Question Driver Side Floor hook who needs it?

I bought some catchalls a while back and the place I bought them installed the mats. They worked great when they stayed in place and now the carpet hook (stock hook driver side) has ripped out of the carpet and I don’t know of a fix the mat now is held on one side by the plastic hook that come with the catchalls.

I did some searching and saw that most of you got the catchall extreme and they stay in place this has not been my experience with the catchalls I have for the front. The back mat stays in place just fine.

Anyone have either a way to fix the hook and carpet or know of a way around this.

Helpful info is appreciated.
(Any other comments welcome as long as they are funny.)

Thanks

I say while your truck is still under warrenty, throw your original mats in and go to the dealer and get the hook repaired.
I have the catch-alls and I only use the stock hook for the drivers mat cause I take that mat out a lot to shake or hose it off.

Do you think they would cover that under warranty?
