Helo Maxx 6. I would photochop the black wheels and see how they look.

The ram air should be left to the sports cars ...

04NickySp2,

I am curious, what is the basis for this statement?

So does that mean your vote is for the Ram Air Hood??

With it you can get a little more power and better gas mileage... when all is said and done wheels are just for looks. :-)

Say i get the wheels...i live up north. If i were to get them..could i keep them on year round? I would keep a thick coat of wax on them and hose the salt off often. Would they take the conditions or would i have to switch back to stock?

Is that a true ram air that vents into an air box? My guess no.

A sports car has the chance of using the ram air at high speeds that this truck will not get to easily.

Wheels have their function unless you choose 20' or up then you are just adding extra usless weight in a very bad place.

The ram air hood is worth VERY little over other aftermarket CAI. I had a 2002 WS6 Trans Am and have seen this ran into the ground on the LS1 boards. On a LS1 WS6 Trans Am the ram air hood and airbox was worth 2-5HP at speeds over 100MPH. Under a 100 or so the Ram Air effect was pretty much nothing. SOOO if you drive your lifted F150 over 100MPH all the time then the hood may get you 5HP but your MPG will suck.

As for going with the hood or the wheels...get the wheels. IMO a otherwise stock truck with a ram air or cowl hood looks like crap.
