short steering grind or vibe in the morning

When I reverse out of my driveway in the morning, put it in drive and accelerate with the wheels turned I get a short vibe or grind sound/feel comming from under the front of the truck--almost feels like turning in 4x4 on the street and my front tires are in heavy friction with the pavement for a second.

Anyone else noticed this? It only does it once a day. I am not worried about it, but it would be nice to know what is happening.

I think I've got this vibration also. I notice it when in reverse backing out of my driveway. It only lasts a second or two. I just assumed it was corrosion on my rotors. I really don't know for sure though. It's the least of my problems with the truck now. Let us know if you find anythin out.

Ok, they added friction modifier to my rear and it's gone , for now anyway. They also lubed my slip yoke and it got rid of the clunk for one day . Oh well, I can live with the clunk until next oil change.
