Audiophile HU - Bazooka powered sub wiring

I have tried to get help on this before without any luck. I have added an Audiophile HU in my 05 XL 4 x 4 regular cab. I've chosen a 6", 100 amp powered Bazooka tube for the sub hook up. I purchased the plug for the back of the HU. The plug has 8 wires coming into it. I have learned that I only need to use four of those eight wires. A couple of posts identify the hook up for those four, but the various posts label them differently.

I am unexperienced with car audio and the terminology. Can anyone tell me how to hook this power tube up to the harness I bought to plug into the head unit?

Thanks in advance for any information.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE!

You're working waaaaaaay too hard on this project. The Bazooka already has a crossover built in, and accepts speaker level inputs, so all you need to do is tap into the rear speaker outputs for signal to the Bazooka.

I'm relatively sure someone will come in here to tell you I'm wrong, but IMHO you're not going to gain anything by using the Audiophile sub output. You're going to have to use the Bazooka tube's crossover settings for hz and gain anyway. You have to run a seperate power wire for the Bazooka, and it will need it's own ground.

Why screw with figuring out the plug?

That sounds easy enough even for me to do. How about the auto on/off feature. Doesn't that need to be tied to the HU to work.

And thanks for the info.

There should be a "signal sense" that turns on the Bazooka tube by "realizing" when there is a signal going into the speaker leads. You could also run a small switch in line between a +12v and the blue turn on lead, so that you could turn the sub off and on, but it isn't at all necessary.
