Putco Chrome Door Handles / Covers ?
This is the one I would have bought, except at that time they didn't offer the pad with both keyholes. Of course they do now that I have the plastic ones...

Here are some pics of my '04 Black XLT with the PUTCO ABS chrome handles.

They have been on for about 1 year now and look brand new. IMO the chrome is the perfect contrast for the black, but with that being said I wish I could have gotten the bumpers painted to match the body color.

Here is Exotictruck-auto ebay store . Maybe you can contact them and arrange for them to ship the exact product that you are looking for.

ox,
crap, I already ordered some putco covers the other day and they should be here tuesday. All the ones I saw online said they don't have a hole on the passenger side. I didn't get them from ebay either.

The handle covers are extremely easy to install. Simply clean the surface of your handles with the supplied prep. chemical and then peel the red strip off of the 3M tape and fit the PUTCO cover in place. I dry fitted mine a couple of times just to make sure that everything lined up first.
The final product looks and holds up great. I live in Texas and I was worried about the summer temps. and high humidity weakening the bond of the tape. But nothing has happened. Also, I wash my truck at a wand-wash place. The pressure washer puts out 1200 psi which has not affected the handle covers at all.
Couple of Pics of the fit and finish after 1year.

-Westing Chrome BullBar (Like the one ThumperMX113 has)
-KC Slimlites (Chrome housing)
-Billet Grille
-Wheels (probably chrome also)
I feel that if it is done in moderation, chrome can be used as a contrasting element. But we all know someone who goes to far with the chrome and their vehicles appear to be a fleamarket reject.
