I just inatalled e-fans on my 05 screw and now the radio and the power windows stopped working. I checked the fues box and according to the owners manual there is a 30 amp circuit breaker that powers the windows. I pulled the circuit breaker and checked it with my ohm meter and it checked out oK. I did pull the gound cable off my battery while working on the fans.

Is there a fuse some where else in the circuit?

I'd find the power wire going to the power window motor and see if its got power.
