I saw it at real trucks for $440 but would love to get it cheaper if possible

Devin,
Check your email. I forwarded everything that we have got to this point. I'm taking the big step.

Can any of the beta testers confirm that the Edge also does 0-60 and 1/4 mile times? 2 of the sites I looked at listed that as options. If so this is a realllllly good deal. read that here
* Edge Evolution has 3 Separate performance programs: Transmission Only, Tow Performance & High Performance Programs
* Offers additional Horse Power & Torgue Gains. (See Specifications Tab for specific vehicle information)
* Enhances Towing Performance and Improves Throttle Response Time
* Ability to adjust speed and rev limiter
* Displays and clears trouble codes.
* Adjusts for tire size and gear ratio
* Displays 0-60 and Quarter mile times
* Greatly improves drivability and potiential improved fuel economy (depending on how you drive)
* 10 Minute Quick and Simple Plug and Play Installation. (See Installation Tab)

According to their PDF brochure it does:

"0-60 and quarter mile times, eigth mile and 60 foot performace tests and reaction times as well as displays mph, time and distance. Hook up to the computer and you can even chart and view flywheel horsepower"

theres nothing you really be in mindful of. if you have bigger tires you can adjust to that. if you have different gears you can adjust to that. i'm not exactly sure what your question is.

yes this is all true. you can do 0-60 and quarter mile times, eight mile and 60 foot times as well. it is pretty cool... when you go to do the quarter the screen flashes like a tree at the strip (yellow yellow green etc...)

Guys and Gals there is still time to get in on the Group Buy for the EDGE evolution.

Sorry Jim, I'm not trying to steal the thread. I think this will give members an opportunity to order and give bbjones56 (edge Engineer) a chance to post any more info on this product.

Ok, here is my question.

If you put the edge program in, and then need service at the dealership...I assume you can put the stock program back in and remove the programmer from the truck. BUT, does that leave a 'footprint' in the PCM for the ford dealer to find. In other words, does this expose me to losing my warranty?
