Factory 20" Wheels & Tires

Anybody know why the factory will not install 20s on a Regular cab or a Super cab with 133" wheelbase? This restriction does not make any sense to me?

All I know is that the 20's are only available on Lariat Supercab and Supercrew and FX4 Supercab and Supercrew. If you don't have one of those, you're fooked.

EDIT: Oh yeah, on King Ranch too.

Its no different than any other option, same reason you cant get leather in an XL work truck. Just about every auto manufacturer does the exact same thing, they want to keep that trim line exclusive of those options.
Before everybody says "well, its just picking different parts during assembly", there is more to it than that. Its the same reason you cant order 18" wheels on a Mustang V6.

Im not talking about being model restricted, For example, you can order a Lariat Super Cab with a 6' bed and 20" wheels, but you can not order a Lariat with a 5-1/2'bed (133" wheel base) and 20" wheels.?

Does beg the question on why they won't let you order them with certain wheelbases (on the otherwise same Lariat model).....anyone have a pic of the stock 20" wheels? I'm about to get wheels/tires for my '05 Lariat SCREW 4x4 and am not impressed with most of the newer "bling style" wheels out there.....I mean "spinners" give me a break! (Guess I'm showing my age here)
