Um, if I get your drift, you want to know if you can supercharge your 4.6. That would be no. Not unless you want to drop upwards of 6 large.
Seems pointless. If all you want is to beat a stock XLT 4.6, you already can. To beat a stock XLT with 5.4, you might do it by putting in a tuner, exhaust and intake.
You want to 'blow his doors off' put lower gears in your truck. Try 410-456 range of gears and you can hose any stock XLT.
Or you may be speaking in tounges and I hav'nt a clue what you mean...

Get one of those tornado things from autozone. Electric superchargers off ebay get you about 500rwhp or so.

 

Another vote for the tornado Dude that things add 65 hp and gives you better mpg. Get it. No really get it.
