Yes on the model years. Mine is from a 95 convertible that ended in the wrecking yard. Cost 5 bucks.

A place to rest the foot really helps fatigue on long drives. Every other car I've had this last twenty years has had one. Even my little Tracker. I can't imagine why Ford left it out of this model.
