Window Grind

My passenger side front window grinds when going up or down. I have taken off the door panel and it looks like the cable is grinding in the front and rear of the window. Any ideas on how to fix it? The glass is ok and not being scratched so that is not the problem.

The truck is 1000 miles out of warranty. I was hoping someone would have a war story to share.

Right now, after the Solarguard tint, my passenger window (the one with the scratched tint), rolls up EXTREMELY slow, and it squeals. I'm not taking it into the shop, I prefer to do my own work to my truck (gears need not apply).
