leather upgrade
Search under Hog Ring or under e-bay leather.
There are at least four complete tutorials on this subject.
It is a darn nice mod.
The vacuum cleaner for the headrest is the most useful.
Get your hog ring pliers and the smallest hog rings before the seats come in.
Do you have a SuperCrew, SuperCab or Regular cab. Center console or center 20%?

Center console is a BEAST. After finding/having made the right covers I still can't get the lid covered (broke too many clips)
Tips:
Make sue you put the right front seat cover on the right front seat. Look @ the head rest holes carefully, they aren't centered, they're offset & that's how you tell which side goes where.
Bottom of back seat, 2" thick foam works to fill out the rest of the covers

Here's my photo's of the console apart from June when I did my supercrew. If you search the site you should find the instructions.

Buy the 45 buck with shipping flow through console on e-bay. Use that lid. Cheaper than any other method. The consoles are take-out units.
To remove headrest covers you use a house or shop vacuum cleaner. Been posted about 6 times for more details, but simply, there is a plastic bag over the foam in your headrests. There is one(or more) holes in the bottom part. You apply the vac to the hole, the headrest cushon shrinks to a grapefruit size ball, and you can easily swap the covers, no strain, no tears, no hassle. You may need to tape up any extra holes in the plastic, and it is a lot easier if you have someone else hold the vacuum while you pull/replace the cover.
