Yes. If you have some signal buzz you could use shielded 2 conductor cable and just hook the shield (pin 3) to the - (ring) on one end or the other to see which one eliminates the buzz. It is doubtful you will have that problem.

Will this blow the rear 8" sub? What is a good aftermarket amp to get that will not blow my door speakers or my sub in the back. I would like it to fit in the same spot as my current 90w amp too.
Josiah,
>Will this blow the rear 8" sub?
??? The output fom the factory head unit "sub connector" is just a signal level, not amplified output so it would have no relation to blowing a sub or not (unless you turn it up so much you overdrive that output and cause massive distortion). The amplifier you use would determine whether or not your sub will get blown.. BTW, for giggles we used to hook up Big A$$ amps to some old 18" speakers (that were getting replaced anyway) in clubs and literally blow the cones across the room. We have also set large 8' x4' x 4' sub cabinets on fire by overdriving the speakers.. of course this was partially related to leftover sawdust in poorly manufactured cabinets (won't mention brand)

No clue on that one, the factory AP w/Sub setup is more than my ears can stand already.
