I'm wanting to dress up the OEM exhaust a little, anyone know if the Mark LT or 06 HD tips are a bolt on item to an 04 SCREW exhaust? Any other recommendations? Don't really want to go with a full new exhaust, just a nice looking tip.

 

I have a chrome tip on my 06 xlt. Came with the chrome package or chrome edition xlt. Its bolt on.

 

I know the LT tip will not bolt up to an '04 exhaust (April '04 build anyways). The inside diameter is too small.

 

I'm wondering this as well. Does anyone have a picture of the exhaust tip from the chrome package and possibly a part number or cost? I'm getting a magnaflow muffler for christmas and I'm keeping the stock pipe. It'd be nice to just bolt on a nice looking tip.

Stainless - 2.5", 3", and up, bolt/clamp on, and reasonably priced. Not sure which of the auto chain stores (AutoZone, Advanced, etc.) carries 'em, but I picked up one after I had my exhaust work done...had mine welded on though (theft protection).

lotsa styles in the post above (round, oval, doubles, slashed, etc.), and they're stainless. I'm pretty sure mine is 4" (3" in) X 11" rolled lip slash cut. I liked the look of one of their oval ones too, but saw in the store, not sure which is is on the site. They are very nicely priced for being 100% stainless though. I've heard that these bolt-on/clamp-on tips are becoming a target for thieves (so I had mine welded on). Take a look.
