Windshield question

bad news ive had a little crack in the windsheild (bout a quarter inch) for about 6 months now and i never botherd to fix it, i didnt think it was gonna do anything. but since the ice yesterday its cracked all the way across. So i was wonderin do the replacement windshields come with the F150 at the top or are they just blank, and where would i have to go to get one with the F150 if thats possible

thanks

From: Georgia on my mind...
I had a Carlite installed in my truck by an aftermarket glass company, it has the F150 emblem up top and the little blue oval at the bottom in front of the tray on top of the dash. $341, it would have been $400+ if it was a Ford windshield, and the Carlite looks just as good if not better than the Ford. Hell, Carlite makes a lot of glass for just about every manufacturer out there anyways.
