Buzzing, not ticking, noise on cold start

Interesting, were you rolling down the road or stopped? Or did it matter? I haven't heard the noise lately. When I do hear it again I will try pushing on the vin tag.

I am pretty sure that's it. I started it this morning, it was about 25 degrees out, and it was buzzing. I turned the wheel a little bit in each direction and the sound would change slightly. Thanks for all the replies.
