Sell it on ebay. I wish I would have kept my stock one, get much better trade in value with a stock exhaust.

Toss it, you’re never going to use it and the likelihood of selling it is miniscule

I kept mine and put it up in my attic in case I ever need it. My truck had less than 100 miles on it when I installed my MagnaFlow, so the stock exhaust was in perfect condition. You never know when there might be a problem with your aftermarket exhaust, and if things are tight financially at the time, you might be really glad you saved the stock exhaust!

If I were still in an apartment keeping it may not have been as easy of an option. If space is tight, why not talk to your folks and see if they would allow you to hang it up and out of the way in their attic?

Just a thought.

How in the heck would you ship that thing?!? It's a friggin' pontoon!

Better yet, buy another one, some rope, and a cheap sailboat sail... ENJOY!

EXACTLY!

I tried to sell mine, but when I talked to DHL about shipping, I'd have to charge more in shipping then I would to sell it. Roughly a couple hundred to ship it.

I live in a apartment where the space is very tight. So I snuck out late at night and tossed it in the dumpser that was for some resturants that are around the corner from my apartment. I bet the trash guys were a little suprised.

I just had my muffler replaced instead of having a whole cat-back installed and when the guy sawed off my stock muffler it fell about 6 feet to the concrete, bounced once and we picked it up and threw it in the scrap heap. I'll almost guarantee you that I gained some mpg's just from the sheer weight that the truck lost. It almost dented the concrete it was so heavy!

I agree. If you have the space to store it out of the way, keep it, I did, you never know.

I kept mine as well. You might get sick of the noise and want to go back to stock one day.

Lawn ornament.
Dig a hole, stick one end in the ground.
Then you have the best of both worlds, Decoration and Maintaining ownership for later use.

Edit:
Sorry, didn't see you live in an apt.
Just ditch it...
