Someday I'm going to start searching for a gray one, prob not until spring. Here's a post from awhile back:

I just thought I would pass this info along. Someone posted a link to www.car-parts.com the other day. I started checking out the site and found alot of good part.. If you search 2004 f150 "interior panels/Misc" you will find all kinds of good parts.. I've got an XLT center console comming for $150 shipped. I also found a grey visor with homelink for $50-- I didn't buy the visor but it looks like a good deal.. I called on several consoles, but alot of them were the 20% seat, and alot were flow thru consoles."
It's tough to figure out what exactly they're listing, but you could always call.
