Does anyone know if the 04 Lariat F-150's have heated Mirrors? I was not sure if it has heated mirrors or not.

 

mine does. they work off the same switch as the rear defroster.

Look on the instrument panel for the climate controls. On the right side of the climate controls there will be two buttons, one for the front windhshield defrost and below that there should be a button for the side view mirror defrost (it has an image of an outside mirror on it). My SCrew has this arrangement - I'm not sure about those with rear window defrost though.

not sure if they were standard or optional on Lariats. But for sure they were optional on XLT's and FX4's. The heated mirrors also have the turn signals on the bottom of the mirror housing.

 

Came standard on my 04Lariat. Combination switch for the rear deforst & heated mirror.

Not exactly. For those with a rear window defrost the heated mirrors are probably tied in with the rear window defrost button (same setup that was on my '97 Expy). But on my '06 SCrew, there is a dedicated button for the mirrors that takes the place of the rear window defrost button (no rear window defrost on mine).

PS: They are not tied in with the windhshield defrost button as far as I know.

 

My 04 and 05 came with them. I don't have the rear defroster (got the rear slider instead) so I have to push the button to get them to come on.
