hi. I'm Omar from Columbia MD
love this site very interesting and learning all about ford trucks i was a former owner of 03 dodge ram and i always wanted a ford truck finally bough a 06 f-150 super crew lariat red torreador with beige Arizona. shiny and beautiful!!
but.. my first recall from ford came in the mail this morning the motor wipers
may have been produce without grease been applied to the output shaft gear.
just kind of upset having this recalls on a brand new truck.

Welcome to the forum.
And I wouldn't sweat the recall. I'm glad that Ford is stepping up and addressing the problem vs. ignoring it and hoping it will go away on it's own.
For what it's worth, I have an '06 also but haven't gotten my recall notice yet. Oh, and if that wasn't enough I just received a recall notice for our '04 Murano for an alternator fix. Two daily drivers both facing recalls
