For those who are still interested:
I finally gave up on these guys and bought a PIE. I spoke with the sales guy again, and they're projecting somewhere in July.

Guys,

Been lurking here and found some great information for my 06' F150 4x4. I don't have any pictures yet but they are coming. Anyway, I sent a note to the iPod2Car guys today and they responded that the integration for the 6 Disk Audiophile unit is out. He gave me the following part numbers...

"Just became available the part numbers are… PXDP2 and the PXH2FD1"

I don't know just where to find them yet but, I am checking around.

iPod2Car for 04-06 6Disk Audiophile System

Some more information...

They are new parts that were just released. They will not be on the web site at this time. The PXDP2 is the new ipod 2 car box and ipod docking cable. The PXH2FD1 is the harness that plugs into the back of the radio.

Those folks over at peripheral must be working in slow motion or released these parts early because i just goggled the parts numbers and found that both parts are available -- cable included. I took the time to read manual and this thing is loaded and a bit pricey. Hopefully someone will buy and post their reviews -- I for one won't be ready for this until July.

Cheers.

From reading the description it seems as though it's only compatable with the satellite radio equipped head units? That sucks.
And for that price I am very glad that I got my Alpine CDA-9856. It sounds leaps and bounds better than the factory radio and has way more settings to tweak the sound.
The only plus to the iPod2Car is that you get to keep the factory look, which I miss a lot less than I thought I would. I find that pocket under my new radio very useful.
