It's all up to you. I've gone both ways.
Had a stock looking '02, but I dropped about $5000+ in performance mods. Supercharger and all. It was extremely fun, but I always got sick of the way the stock wheels looked, and everything else at that.

I just bought a '05 in aug. and dropped $2000 in wheels and tires first thing. I love the way it looks, but I get sick of the fact that it's slow as hell. But, I just ordered the xcal2 and AF1, so that should solve that.

If I had to do it all over again, I would probably get a supercharger. So, I say go the performance route, then get the wheels.

Just curious, how come you can't use the wheels year round?

Alright...im convinced on power xcal2 and af1 are gonna be ordered before long

I wouldnt be able to leave expensive wheels on during the winter with all the salt. Probably wont use them from nov-april so maybe in the long run i'll get a set. thanks

devin4x4,

What about the OEM leather seats? Did you get those done yet, or even ordered? Waiting for the pics on those.. Once again, like the truck, looks a lot like...

I've been starting to second guess those...i love the look but not sure if they are practical for my use. Will get them quite dirty from hunting and around the farm. Was thinking neoprene seat covers.

Funny, thats the exact reason I got rid of the cloths and went to the leather.. I just got done deer hunting, and I ended up getting mud and blood on the new leather. Used some leather cream and is good as new in 5 minutes. Still never got the dirt out of the stock cloths from when I test drove the truck in april.. okay, maybe there not that bad, but close!!
