I'm thinking of getting some of these and wanted to see some on different non HD F150s. Post your pics and show them off! Thanks.

Easy way to tell difference between OEM and aftermarket is the cover that goes over the headlight bulb in the center of the lens, OEM is Black and aftermarkets are Chrome. I go back and forth on the look, bought a set of OEM HD lights, put them on for a week, and then switched back to the silver ones....

Tuff4rd,

I didn't really get the HD headlight change that a lot of guys are doing as I personally don't think it looks that good and takes away from the look of the truck ... UNTIL I saw it on your silver FX4! With the way you have your truck setup with the silver and black accents the HD headlights are perfect choice for your truck.. LOOKS GREAT!! After seeing it on yours and now seeing the other FX4s, the black HD headlights tie into the black stock grilles and looks really, really good.

Not that my opinion matters, but the way your truck looks I think it is the rare exception where the stock black door handles might look better than the LT version as it would further continue your killer silver w/black theme.

Looking good AND TUFF!

WOW, thanks for the nice compliments brother I must say that I checked out your truck and it looking pretty & mean. I love your grille, and I think IMO that the HD tails and headlights would work well with your truck. As for your opinion on the LT handles. I kinda feel the same, I think black buckets with chrome handles would work well.

I did notice you had a mt bike hanging in your garage, are you a cyclist? I love to ride bicycles, both road and mt bikes.

BTW, your opinion does matter

No problem, it is well deserved.

Thanks!

I don't feel the HD headlights would look right with my "bling" grille/bar. To me part of what makes the HD lights work so well on the "black grille" FTXs is because it makes the front look broader and therefore "meaner". When you mix too different looks such as the stainless grille on mine with blacked out head lights instead of the stock chrome ones it makes the truck look narrower in the front (especially on a black truck) and therefore "less mean". Just a thought.

That would look good too!

Those are my old Porsche mt bikes that my wife and I ride up here in the mountains.. when we make the time.

2 wheels or 4 wheels, it's ALL FUN!

HD "style" here as well, but with clear corners. No more orange on the front for me. Got them off of EBAY. This is one of three pics I have in my gallery ... shows them best (least amount of glare).
