Where can I find the Door Key Code? HELP!

I bought a used 05 f-150 SuperCrew 5.4 auto 4X4
and it came with the remote keypad on the outside of the drivers door but I do not know what the code is? There was no card in the glove box, owners manual ect.
I red in the owners manual that the code is located on the module.
BUT WHERE IS THE MODULE LOCATED?? I have looked all over.

Does any one out there know?
or have any other suggestions?

thanks Ben

With your owners manual you may have a white looking credit card, it may have the factory code on it. Usually the factory code will work, even if the previous owner changed it to something else. Look for that card with you owners manual.

No white card to be found

Thanks for your reply but there is no white card with the code on it anywhere.

the manual said the code would be on that card or on the module.
I just need to know where the module is.

The security module is located behind the rear seat backrest! I believe on the left side of the truck behind the sound deadening material. The backrest is a BITCH to get off the first time. There are several threads referring to this throughout the forum with pictures. This is one gallery with good pics and instructions that I followed when I took mine out a while back. You will cuss....you will throw things....you will want to sell your truck, but it will come out eventually. Once you get it out, ziptie those clips back (you will know what I am talking about when you get it out) and if you ever have to remove it again, it will pull strait up and out after you get the black seatbelt cover thing off and it is VERY easy. Good luck!

EDIT: Here is a pic of where it is for reference, that black box on the right side there with the white label on it.....yeah that's it!

If you bought it from a dealer, I'd tell them to foot the bill for pulling the keyless entry code out. After all, the code should be included with the truck.
