For those who removed their rear blocks???

OK, I removed my rear blocks from the SCREW. I purchased the 2wd u-bolts since they work perfect for the removal. My question is has anyone had vibration issues after doing this mod? I am trying to figure out if my tires are vibrating now, or is it my drive line. It happens around various speeds. I unfortunately can't remember how it was before the removal :o

I have had no issues on mine since removing the blocks last spring. I read a post at least 10 months ago that the block removal changed the pinion angle less than 2 degrees and does not require any adjustment.

I need a rotation of my tires anyways, so I will try that first. AFter that if the problems stays the same, I will just run some shims. Visually the angles look perfect.

Mine did seem to be a little more bumpy afterwards on washboard type surface. Could have been the diff in the shock positioning. I have put my blocks back in and replaced my shocks and it's better than ever now.

That is along the lines I was feeling/thinking also. I am going to use my day off and put the block back in. I am kinda missing it not sitting up.

Well since I was off today I put the blocks back in, no more vibration... I may purchase some shims later on to go back down with it. I have the shims in the GF shackle kit I bought, but I do not want to break that kit up since I am trying to sell it.
