Arrrgh!

This sucks. I was just out washing the truck and noticed a ding on my tailgate. I don't know how it good there, Im kind of thinking it could of been the dealer because I know it wasn't there before I took it in or it could have been the guy loading my truck onto the flat bed since no one was here when he picked it up. However, Im not going to point any fingers or place any blame. Im just going to try to get it fixed ASAP. However does anyone know of a good place or someone that can remove this dent in Central Florida? Its a very small dent, almost like a dimple. One last question, how much can I expect this to set me back?

I got one like that from a car wash (the hand wash kind)...how they dented it I will never know but sure enough they did. The local Dent Devil guy got it in about 5 min and charged me $35. Looks perfect again and thats saying something on black.

Im the same guy, and always double parking close as I can get to the curb in the back unless I can park next to people I know. I already have a few rock chips from my tires throwing rocks up and a few scratches that I need to get professionally buffed out. I guess I can start a list now. . .

I manage a body shop, and I would definately let a paintless dent guy take care of that ding. I have a ding in my drivers door about like that, just haven't gotten it fixed yet.

dent wizard. i had one right below my f150 emblem and he knocked the sucker out in about 15 mins. cant even tell it was there. i have another one in my driver's door that i need to get fixed next time i head home. i hate college kids, they dont even care if they ******* up other peoples stuff. looks like i'll be shelling out some dough until i get out of school to keep my truck dent free. dent wizard operates everywhere, i think they even have one in deland. check out their website. Im trying to find a paintless dent place as we speak but with no luck. . . I've found some but they are too far away and won't travel this far. Does Dent Wizard come to you?

That sucks thumper!

I have a chip on my tailgate. Not even 2 months old.
I think I got it from the guys who installed my stereo. The B/U camera is in the back.
Its small and right at the very bottom. You have to be sitting on the ground to see it. I guess that's the good thing.

Goodluck man

you're the exact opposite of me... i've had a few dings from stupid stuff around campus, and i'm pretty good about getting them repaired as soon as it happens... this way, if i do one at a time it doesnt hurt my wallet so much if i want to do a bunch at once...
