Has anyone else noticed the color combinations on the wheels?

I can not figure out the cruise wheel color pattern.

I took this shot a few minutes ago, notice the two gray wheels have black or dark gray switches.

The Leather wheel (not pictured) on my truck is black and has dark metal flake switches. I have seen light gray switches on gray wheels, and on black wheels.
Is there a planned pattern here or are they just stuffing whatever in the trucks?

My guess is that the colors match the vent colors? Just a guess...

 

It may also be a difference between the Lariat and the FX4 or XLT. On my Lariat they are the grey or metalic color like the wheel on the left.

Actualy I think I will set up a couple of horseshoe poles and play ring toss...


OK, they are going on e-bay next chance I get. Must be someone with an XL or STX who wants cruise.
