Car Audio Amp Help!!!

Need some help with choosing an amp. I recently had my Kenwood DDX-7017 installed and had to wait off on installing my mids due to that fact that they are 2 ohm mids.

Any ideas on what to power these speakers with?

I have:

Front - Infinity Kappa 6x8 Component Set 2 ohm 100 Watts RMS
Rear - Infinity Kappa 6x8 2-Way Set 2 Ohm 100 Watts RMS

My Choices to date:

*** JL Audio E4300 ***
# RMS Power Rating (14.4V):
* 4 ohms: 70 watts x 4 chan.
* 2 ohms: 110 watts x 4 chan.
* Bridged (4 ohms): 220 watts x 2 chan.
* Bridged (8 ohms): 140 watts x 2 chan.

# RMS Power Rating (12.5V):
* 4 ohms: 45 watts x 4 chan.
* 2 ohms: 75 watts x 4 chan.
* Bridged (4 ohms): 150 watts x 2 chan.
* Bridged (8 ohms): 90 watts x 2 chan.

-or-

*** Kenwood Excelon KAC-X541 ***
# Continuous Power Output @ 4 Ohms Stereo: 60 Watts (rms) x 4
# Continuous Power Output @ 2 Ohms Stereo: 120 Watts (rms) x 4
# Continuous Power Output @ 4 Ohms Bridged: 240 Watts (rms) x 2

Should I be getting a 2 ohm stable spec amp? Any suggestions? Over power is better than under powering or vice versa?

Thanks!!!
