My parking brake hangs up whenever I use it, so I am trying to do the brake repair that has been posted by others with the same problem.

My problem is, I can't get the rotor off. I believe that I have to adjust the parking brake (ease the tension) in order to pull the rotor but I can't find where the adjustment is. This is the first truck I have worked on with rear discs,...they don't make em like they used to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THanks.
