Downshift clunk reflash?

I did a search, but really do not have time to read through a thousand messages looking for a definite answer right now. For the downshift clunk, I swear I have read several threads stating that a reflash will fix this. Is this true? Taking my truck in this morning, the dealer says that there is no reflash for it. I forget the build date of my truck but I know it is before 5/05. Any info would be great. Thanks.

The TSB you're searching for is 05-10-12. Check out post #11 on this thread: https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...light=05-10-12

Bottom line: If you're experiencing the clunk when decelerating below 24 mph, the PCM reflash may help.

Good luck!
