Crude pics of my 06 XLT SC

Today I picked up my black 06 XLT SC.. Let me tell ya, when I first land eyes on it, it was love a first sight. (smile) The thing just knocked me down with its good looks. As you all know, there was some problems with the first truck. Be that as it may, the truck gods have smile on me!! Big time too..

It is night and day with ride, looks and feel of the one I had a couple days before.

As you all can see, there is a WHALE of a difference.

And the ride, oh my god! Wow..The chrome package is sweet. I was expecting some blazay stuff, but this package is kicking, and I mean kicked. The step bar.. Tight. Back to the ride. Compare to the other one I had, which had the Heavy Payload Package, the one I have now, is riding on a cloud..

I have had the truck for just over 3 hours, and I am loving every second of it.. Will wait a little while to put the wheels on.

I will thank the truck gods for watching over me.. You know the saying about babies and fools! (smile)

Those are the 18" wheels on his truck (I have the same wheels on mine). The 20" wheels remind me of wagon wheels

Looks good! I'm glad you got what you wanted. I know that I would never have been happy with that first truck either. This one is awesome and doesn't even need wheels. Enjoy the new truck!

Dam, this thing is sweet. I wait until I am 64 years old to discover the wonders of a truck. And I am just getting started.

Like you said, this one is awesome. It is hard to believe how much different those two F150 XLTs are.

The first one, I guess I could haul a mack truck down the highway.

Anyway, I am more than a happy camper!!

Tell me life isn't sweet..

Why are your wheels chrome! I wish I had those stock, what a sick looking truck. I bet you feel like a 5 year old in a candy store, I still have that feeling and my truck is a week or two old now.
