On my 05 crew with the 5.4 has rough idle and sluggish.Today they dealership did the neutralizer to the engine didnt help any.The forman of the shop does not know what to do with it anymore except to have me talk with a engineer to discuss it.I also took the forman out to other crew on the lot to compare them to mine they all are smooth at idle.we started up 5 differant ones with the 5.4 and they all are not doing what my truck is doing.Again the forman tell me to just drive it the way it is.I won t do that.So it off tommorrow to discuss with the engineer and i guess i ll go from there.Any suggestions? the truck has 1600 miles on it now.And its had the rear end replaced the transmission replaced and the tires have been replaced.Also the front end been worked on 2 times for pulling issues and last but not least the a/c been replaced.

 

Demand a new truck! That thing is definitely a lemon POS.

 

Sounds like a bad computer issue. But of course they will never cop to that, you'd have better luck trying to get a replacement truck. I have no idea what the 'neutralizer' is, but have they reflashed the computer yet?

 

Yes they reflashed the system,they have done everything they know to do with it .that swhy they want me to talk with the engineer.So will see how that go.can anyone tell me what to expect from the engineer?
