Did a quick search on turn signal mirrors, and I know I can replace the mirrors on my 2005 XLT with the Lariat style turn signal mirrors.

I was wondering if anyone knew for sure if the turn signal mirrors that the Expeditions have with the large signal globe on the bottom of the mirror visible from the front and back can be put onto my truck? Also, is there a difference in actual mirror size between the F-150 mirrors and the Expedition ones?

I'm pretty pleased with how much I can see in the current mirrors and the Lariat ones are basically the same, so giving up some size may not appeal for a little more visible turn signal.

It wont work, I've tried it about 1.5 years ago when I got my new rig. I found the mounting points were way off and wire connectors were not even close. I did modify my 2000 F150 with 04 expy mirror, it was tought but was do able not on our newer trucks.
