i figured it was the '04 because of the first number 4L3Z - sorry - if you do end up swapping out for the 06' what would you be doin with your current one..?

Sorry for being an *** earlier, I'm impatient at times. I know that bumper says PTM for paint to match, did you receive it in black? How do you specify you want it in black?

Sorry for being an *** earlier, I'm impatient at times. I know that bumper says PTM for paint to match, did you receive it in black? How do you specify you want it in black? Note: I did not post information for the [new] bolts or nut retainers for the bumper bracket mounting, as they are SMALLER for MY06, but however i did use an impact wrench and it worked fine as i never see myself taking it off anyways.
