Center caps
Center caps
Just curious if anyone knows if these fit the XLT painted wheels? Not sure they'd look ok or not but keeping my eyes open for something to replace the chrome centers I have now.

No they don't. They look like the 18" FX4 center caps. These will not fit the 17" rims. I am not sure if any of the center caps will fit the other OE wheels, especially between wheel sizes. I have OE 18" wheels with the Goodyear OE tires for summer, and XLT 17" tires with BFG AT/KO for winter. I had hoped to use the center caps of the 18" on the 17", but no luck. Had to buy the center caps for the XLT.
Those are the same center caps that I have on my 17" FX4 wheels. I'm not 100% sure, but they probably would not fit. My center caps fit flush with the outside face of my wheels and I see your XLT center caps protrude out past the face of the wheel.
Thanks guys, I'll need to conjure up an idea to modify my caps sometime or just leave em be.
MisterB those FX wheels are a great addition, lookin good. I see your in Western PA, you happen to have a favorite dealer, I'm askin around since the dealer I bought from seems to care less about service and their garage looks awful.

Thanks Scorpio,
I take my truck to Team Ford Lincoln Mercury in Steubenville, Ohio. I do have somewhat of a bias towards the place though since my dad is the Parts and Service Director there.
They have a nice service department and the service is great. They are about 45 minutes to an hour outside of Pittsburgh. Give them a try sometime if you like. www.aagteam.com
