FX4,

Buddy you have got some serious issues. As well as a pair of melon sized cajones. Awesome job on the mod so far! Keep it up! I cant wait to see what your truck will be like when (and at this rate if ) you finish.

Later,

Luis S

You might as well swap the cluster while everything is ripped to shreds.

OMG! That 2nd pic of the "gutted interior" made me sick to my stomach. I think I'd crap my pants if I ever saw MY truck like that.

That being said, GREAT JOB!

This almost reminds me of when I removed the dash on my '97 Mercury Mountaineer to change air plenums when the blend door broke; except, you have bigger ***** than I do working on a vehicle still in warranty. I'm sure that you just saved yourself a couple thousand on your upgrade while I was trying to save about $900 on my repair. I'm not quite ready to try something like that yet on my '05 Supercrew, but I kinda like having seating for six right now--it means my dates can sit right next to me rather than us being separated by a center console.

I think I figured out why FX4&E isnt scared to take apart such an expensive truck, all those years working in that chop shop are really paying off.

Looks great man, keep the pics coming!!

I have a friend who is NEVER happy with his motorcycle. He spends at least 100 times as much time tinkering with it than he does riding it. I laugh at him all the time...I just don't get people who spend more time and energy working on vehicles than they do driving them. Especially when the final product looks just like something that you can buy on the stock vehicle! More power to you for all the time and energy that you are willing to spend on endeavors such as this. I wish I had the time, but between working, spending time with my wife and kids, and taking care of the little things around the house, I just couldn't do it. Keep up the good work!
