Took about 30 minutes to install. I kept the surround i had. The surround that came w/ it was black.

Looks great, got mine today and was all excited to install it, only to notice that the paint was badly marred on the surround and as my truck is black I was wanting to use it....so now I have to wait for an RMA and new one to ship
