You can start by going here http://www.dr.bbb.org/autoline/index.asp
Then, use the search feature on this site and type in BBB, or Autoline, or both and you will come up with a few threads discussing this process and how its worked for everyone so far. For some, its been great, but for others, its proving to be not so great. Good luck, just have all your information together and documented.
If your not overly tired or drunk right now and you really type and spell like you did in your post ( no offense..please) you may want to have someone help you out with all the paperwork.

You are NOT going to get a buy back with a couple random problems on your truck. "no pick-up" is not a valid complaint in the boards view unfortunatly. Now if you had been in the shop for the same thing over and over and it never got fixed, then you have a better case, but right now you have nothing. Big wup, you got a new AC - what more do you want?
Sorry, about the first post. the truck been in the shop now for the same problems 3 times now.just wanted to know what my choices are if any with the problems on this truck.thanks for all replies.btw,my first post i was not watching how i was typing my bad.

ok, they are still looking at what s up with the front end,and why there is a rough idle in it.I am thinking when i get this truck back should i keep it or should i trade it in.since i have owned the truck now since Aug.20 and to this date its been in shop for 18 days now.
