Hey I have been looking into getting the Magnaflow SIDO system for a while now but I havent been about to get around that $400 cost. Today I was on ebay and found a dealer that sells 2.5" mandrel bent dual pipes for the 04 F150. I dont think they are stainless, but I am fine with aluminized. Anyway, the point is I was looking into it and if you went out and bought those pipes for $150, some tips for $50 and a magnaflow SIDO 14" muffler for $50 (plus hangers and clamps) you would be looking at a total system around $250-$300. The other perk would be the pipes being one piece rather than segments like the kits are.
Anybody have an opinion on this? Has anyone checked out madhatter exhaust on ebay stores and know anything about this? Thanks.
