Question

I generally like black (biased with my F-150). But, it may coordinate with your chrome bumpers ... if you have them. Have step/nerf bars? What are they?

i the only thing chrome on my truck are the wheels, helo 6, and that is the only chrome im going to add to it, maybe the lt handles eventually, but nothing more, i would rather have the black i think, im not sure how it will look on my color (dark stone) i think it would look good, but then again, not sure till its on.....haha

If there's no chrome on your truck (other than wheels), then definately black will look best.

On a KR go for powder coat to match the paint. I love spending other people's money...

I'd go chrome or color matched. Mine is chrome but I have a silver truck. The black may clash (I know it's a girly term) with the Dark Stone.

Try looking in the yellow pages under industrial coatings for a powdercoater. You may need to try a couple to find one who will color match.

Good luck!

Powder coated to match would be classy as heck.

Black wouldn't look bad.

I HATE the way the chrome toolboxes wind up being greyish after a few years.

The powder coating would just be something that very few have done. It would also blend in better. "Out of site out of mind" for potential thiefs.
