Trim shop seat "rebuild"

Has anyone priced out having a trim shop replace the fabiric on their seats? I'm not really interested in leather but I'm sure there are "aftermarket" fabrics out that would outperfrom what Ford has chosen... might be a good opportunity to add something a little custom.
