2006 5.4 4V F Series ?????
Just because Motorcraft.com lists a certain calibration doesn't necessarily mean that it'll be available. I don't see the point of the 4V in an F150 anywho, it's heavier, gets worse fuel mileage, and makes it peak torque at a higher RPM than the 3V does. It also requires premium fuel, at least it did in a Navigator or Blackwood.
Sorta. The 3V makes it's peak torque about 1000 rpm lower than the 4V did, and depending on what year 4V you're comparing, the 3V makes up to 30 ft/lbs more torque than the 4V did.
