What size & type lift?

Okay, I'm dying to get my truck lifted now, I just don't know how much and what kind. Last truck I lifted was my '84 Toy and I had 3" body + 3" suspension on 35's. What do you guys think looks best on F150 Screw's?

Any suggestions would be most helpful!

I was gonna do the Rancho 4 inch, which they say measure out more like the 6", and 35s. Decided to hold off so I can get in parking garages. Went the 20s/33 and racho adjustable coil route.

So no one recommends any body lift? I like seeing part of the frame underneath, but I don't like seeing between the frame and the bed.... hate the gap.

So if I went with 6" & 35's are there any other mods required? New driveline? New brake lines?

Depends on the kit. First you need the range of backspacing and offset for wheels that the lift will tolerate. Otherwise you may rub inside, or rub the fenders. You'll likely need brake lines. Some kits have them. Some don't. Some kits require rebalancing the front driveshaft. Some recommend a new front driveshaft for highway driving (CST). You may need longer shocks, and likely will, depending on kit. Of course rebalancing. Those were some quick thoughts.

Go with the Fabtech with 35's it comes with everything needed. Only thing the has to be done is the driveshaft work and rebalanced. I didn't do mine because I could figure out why it need to be done, the driveshaft shop also agreed with me. haven't had any problems yet except a problem with the transfer case. I did the lift myself and It was a little hard but every component of the kits was good quality and the instructions were very good also. Just look at my gallery to see pics.
