Got it for 130 bucks plus tax from my local Ford Dealer (p/n 6L3Z-8200-AAA). Should have it by the end of the week. Ford parts warehouses are stocking them. This thing is gonna rock . I'll have pics up when it's installed. If anyone is interested, and I'll post this in the classifieds here, I will be selling off my stock 05 FX4 grill insert, less surround and Blue Oval.

Does that part number come with the surround or is it just the insert?

Yea, I think it will definitely look good with the black. Tuff, the part number includes both parts, surround and insert.

 

That is a good looking grille. I am debating right now whether I want to order it or not. That is a very good price and you almost have nothing to lose. If you don't like it, you can more than likely sell it for close to what you pay for it.

 

Hog, I agree with you on that, but judging from some of the great pics I've seen of that grill, especially the 06 EBAY Harley, I think I'm gonna love it, especially on my black. I say go for it!

 

I ordered mine today too! $106.00 my cost hee hee. Now I have to decide what to do with my Mark LT grille Are you guys gonna use the painted surrond or chrome??

 

106?? BASTUD! HAHHA, great price, I had to talk my dealer down to the price I got, she finally caved. Since my truck is black, and will be going for the 06 Harley Supercrew look that Ford should have built, I'm keeping my black surround and will just pop the Harley insert in. Can't wait! Dealer said 3-4 days shipping from a warehouse that has them in stock. Next up, headlights and tail lamps, but only if I can get a good side by side comparison of stock tails vs. Harley tails to see if there is enough of a difference to warrant the cost. Post them pics once you got er installed!

 

Oh I will! My dealer said I should have mine by Wednesday, and he told me that when people start buying them up like we are the price will likely go up quick. BTW, I got mine at cost plus 10%, because I manage a large body shop and buy about 30K worth of parts from them a month

 

For 30k a month in gross revenue for your dealer, from your shop alone, they shoulda just gave it to you for free! Man, hopefully I'll get a surprise and mine will be here by Wednesday as well! Can't wait, the digital camera is charging up now!

 

FX4&EXCURSION, I like how your truck looks without the FX4 decals. I had been thinking about doing the same to mine. Does the HD Grill surround come paint to match? I would really like to get my hands on a chrome surround. With the lt handles, mirrors, & polished wheels I have added to my truck I think it would tie it up well. I really would love if you would post some pix of your truck with the new grill. Im kinda bummed I just installed a brushed 7 Piece Street Scene grille on my truck this week. Oh well if I like the way the HD grill look I can always sell it on Ebay
