has anyone tried mounting a small screen (like off ebay?) in the overhead cubby on a fx4? i just got a good deal on a jvc in dash dvd player and would like to use the dvd feature!

 

Alpine PKG-RSE1 (w/DVD) or PKG-1000 (w/o DVD). The press release I read said that these would fit right on the OEM rail system. Plus they have 1.15 pixels! I will be getting the PKG-1000 and a IVA-310.

 

i was really wanting to put on in the sunglass cubby that i already have just didnt know if someone else has tried to fit one or not! thanks for the info i found one on ebay Alpine

 

I have a really nice Icon-TV 7" module screen. I actually bought two for my G35 for the visors but I ended up only using one. Let me know if you are interested at all. I paid $350 each but I'd sell it for quite a bit less if someone wanted it.

 

Sorry, I thought you were looking for one to fit on the rails. Yeah, I saw the one on Ebay, I'm buying my 310 on Ebay too. Something most don't know, Ebay offers a extended warranty for products purchased on Ebay (including car electronics). Even if it is used or refurbished. So, you don't have to pay full prices to get a warranty, the main reason poeple don't buy on Ebay.
