This is what happens when the screws are tightened to much, i have a chip on the other side as well. I installed the guard back in Jan 2004, absolutly no problems, in Dec. '04 after my accident the body shop that fixed my truck reinstalled it, I called them yesterday and will be taking it in for them to look at on Weds. I have a 1 year warranty on everything they fixed so they better not balk at this.

 

Suddenly finding that is enough to make a ya puke.

 

that's horrible, hopefully they fix it for free like they should!
