Hey guy's....I bought a 05 F-150 Scab a couple of months ago. It seems to be a great truck so far. Except for the shimmies and shakes but those have been taken care of. It was 2 bad tires and 2 that were way out of balance so far so good. I have a couple of questions and apologize ahead if these have posted before...i have searched and did not find what i was looking for.

1. Does anyone make nerf/step bars that mount to the frame for these? I have looked and can only find body mounted. If only body mounted i think i'm going to get Westins wheel to wheel bars. Does anyone have the wheel to wheel...are they study when you step on the rear portion since they only mount to the cab.

2. I just noticed last week that when i turn the engine off the tach and speedo don't go all the way down(the tach sits just above 0). Then about 15-30 seconds they both drop down all the way the they pop back up and stay there. Is this normal?

2) Mine doesn't do that, when I turn my truck off it all falls down, and stays down.

as for some responses:

1) I bought some cheap SS nerf bars off eBay for less than $200....mounts to the frame....name of the seller was: kbmill2000

2) I would not worry too much about that....I use the Scangauge and have noticed that the stock tach is not accurate (+/- 150 RPM) anyway...
